We are determined to match the right people with the right employers. We take time to get to know both candidates and employers, while being efficient and transparent about the process. We focus on working with industries and employers whose missions are aligned with ours in making a positive effect on the world.
Our name "The Gaisce Group" comes from a Gaelic word that essentially means setting a goal and achieving it. That's one of our core competencies as a company: to achieve every goal and mission we set with our clients. We are relentless when it comes down to business, and finding the ideal candidates for our clients.

I started The Gaisce Group in 2016 with the idea to create a more personal, transparent, efficient, and affordable recruitment experience for employers.
Fast forward three years later, I now have over 50 clients in 14 states, and have focused my efforts in the dental, clinical healthcare, summer camp healthcare, and biopharmaceutical industries. Over my many thousands of hours recruiting in each industry I’ve created an efficient formula for finding the right employees for my clients.
The Gaisce Group is NOT a staffing agency. I do not employ, pay benefits, liability insurance, or perform background checks on any job candidates. You tell me the exact type of employee you’re looking for, and I go out and find them with the hopes of my client eventually employing the perfect candidate that is found. I pride myself on finding the “needle in the haystack” type of employee. If you’re looking for an employee in 24 hours then I’m probably not your guy. A process like this should be calculated, thought out, and be done in many layers. Rushing the process generally leads to a less than ideal employment situation.
I will provide you with the following:
Transparency: At times it may be tough to hear but anything less than the 100% truth won’t help anyone.
Availability: Out regular business hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm M-F. You will get Sam’s cell phone number at which he can be reached almost around the clock via text after office hours.
Efficiency and Effort: I’m diligent in my follow up, drive, and focus. I will not give up until the right fit is made.
Affordability: My prices and reimbursement periods are more affordable and fairer than any of the larger firms. I also prefer not to do a contract unless that’s something you’d prefer. No upfront costs – it’s up to me to prove myself and earn my fee.
In conclusion – if you decide to work with me, you’re getting someone who genuinely cares and takes pride in his work. I’ll do my very best until the job’s done. No matter how long or difficult it may be.
