We can assist in the search for any permanent administrative and clinical positions in the dentistry and healthcare field. From a Receptionist to an Oral Surgeon or Medical Oncologist. We can help in any and all permanent full or part time positions within the dentistry or healthcare field. Sam works just as hard as in his search for a doctoral level role as he does with an entry level administrative position.
In terms of the details of my processes we can discuss in further detail upon our first conversation. I will tailor the search to make it the most convenient and effective process for you and your team.
My Mission
The Gaisce Group is NOT a staffing agency. I do not employ, pay benefits, liability insurance, or perform background checks on any candidates. You tell me the exact type of employee you’re looking for, and I go out and find them with the hopes of my client eventually employing that candidate in a permanent position. I pride myself on finding the “needle in the haystack” type of employee. If you’re looking for an employee in 24 hours then I’m probably not your guy. A process like this should be calculated, thorough, thought out, and be done in many layers. Rushing the process generally leads to a less than ideal employment situation.
I will provide you with the following:
Transparency: At times it may be tough to hear but anything less than the 100% truth won’t help anyone.
Availability: My regular business hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm M-F. You can reach me via phone call during office hours and by text/email after hours.
Efficiency and Effort: I’m diligent in my follow up, drive, and focus. I will not give up until the right fit is made.
Affordability: My prices and reimbursement periods are more affordable and fairer than any of the larger firms. I also prefer not to do a contract unless that’s something you’d prefer. No upfront costs – it’s up to me to prove myself and earn my fee.
I am determined to match the right people with the right employers. I take time to get to know both candidates and employers, while being efficient and transparent about the process. I focus on working with industries and employers whose missions are aligned with ours in making a positive effect on the world. I'm not driven by a potential commission - my genuine goal is to find the right fit for all parties involved - which in effect leads to greater patient care and stronger and more cohesive work environment.
The name "The Gaisce Group" comes from a Gaelic word that essentially means setting a goal and achieving it. That's one of my core competencies: to achieve every goal and mission I set with my clients. I am relentless when it comes down to business, and finding the ideal candidates for my clients.

A Native of Sandown New Hampshire I now live in Braintree Massachusetts with my Wife (Sabina) and two Sons (Barry and Kabir). We also have two awesome dogs (Gobi and Nelly)! Besides spending time with my family and friends you can find me in front of the television watching my beloved Red Sox, Celtics, Patriots and Formula 1 Racing. I also love spending time in the great outdoors, playing golf, and shooting hoops.
Prior to starting my own company I worked in Healthcare Administration and worked at facilities such as Boston Children's Hospital, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. I received my Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Services Administration from Springfield College and my Masters in Management from Cambridge College.
I started The Gaisce Group in 2016 with the idea to create a more personal, transparent, efficient, and affordable recruitment experience for employers. Fast forward seven years later, I now have over 50 clients and have focused my efforts in the dentistry and clinical healthcare field. Over my many thousands of hours recruiting in each industry I’ve created an efficient formula for finding the right employees for my clients based on a variety of variables that make each search and client unique.
